Sift the flour. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then beat in the EVO oil, the water, the vanillin, the rum, the walnuts, and the raisins. Gradually add
the flour and the baking powder. Whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour into a previously buttered cake pan. Sprinkle the sugar grains on the top.
Bake for 40 minutes at 170°C in a pre-heated oven.
