THE MILL AND OUR HISTORY
In the green heart of Umbria from the hills of Gualdo Cattaneo, a generous land of centuries-old olive groves, the Frantoio Rinalducci selects the best olives qualities of Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino, to bring the ancient genuiness of its EVO D.O.P. olive oil. The olives are scrupulously selected and the harvest, manual and with mechanical facilitators, is made at beginning of the season when the fruit is still unripe, this to allow all the original and authentic characteristics of fruity flavor of the oil. The EVO olive oil to be able to boast of the brand D.O.P. Umbria Colli Martani, must pass rigorous sensorial analyzes (panel test) and physical-chemical ones provided for by the production disciplinary. Rinalducci EVO oil is a wholesome and healthy food, suitable for a true Mediterranean diet.
Over the years we have always tried to improve the production cycle, going from a cold pressing plant, to a continuous cold-cycle plant with controlled temperature.
